From September 18th to September 22nd 2017, the 3nd G-NMR school will be held at the Leibniz-Institut für Molekulare Pharmakologie (FMP) on the Campus Berlin-Buch. The aim of the course is to familiarize PhD students and postdocs with basic theoretical NMR knowledge and state-of-the-art experimental approaches. A basic knowledge of NMR will be necessary to succesfully attend the course.
The course will consist of lectures, exercises and practical session at the NMR spectrometer. It will start with giving a broad overview of NMR-spectroscopic applications. After that the course will be split into three groups according to the interest of the participant for two days. The groups will be "small molecule NMR", "biological NMR" and "solid state NMR" and more specialized approaches will be discussed and applications shown either at spectrometers or work stations. During the last two days the theoretical fundament of the applications will be taught to all participants.
